S1 Managing Breakdowns

1.Breakdown:Yikes! I get so busy the second that I get into the office that I have no time to effectively delegate tasks to my subordinates.
Consequence:First and foremost-STRESS due to working longer and harder; unwillingness to properly and fully train staff; distrust of fellow workers; ineffective management; reputation of not supporting the growth of subordinates.
Solution:Let the system work for you. If you are effectively using your Turtle and the Turtle Sheets you are now in control of prioritizing your day. When you are prioritized and your daily schedule is established within the first FIVE minutes that you enter your office each morning, you know what you have to do. Your tasks at hand are clear and it should be clear to you that which you could delegate to others in your office. By sharing Turtle Sheets for projects involving other co-workers involved in the project EACH PERSON BECOMES INVESTED IN ITS COMPLETION.
2.Breakdown:So why is it that important that I use every aspect of the program?
Consequence:Losing the value of utilizing the Program IN CONCERT so as to reap ALL of the benefits promised; the sheer frustration of being right back where you started, disorganized, out of control, stress-filled, etcetera.
Solution:This is a proven system that has worked with close to 100,000 people to date. TRUST that the methodology of this program works. Implementing some of the tools may be uncomfortable for you but PLEASE go for it! Invest in it 100% and see the wonderful results. If you make the decision up front that this won’t work then it is a given that it won’t work.
