| 1. | Breakdown: | Gadzooks Batman, I’m not printing out my electronically-received Turtles. |
| Consequence: | Losing the value of the entire Turtle system of your work that CAN be worked on, instead residing in an electronic ‘black hole’. Having your Turtles in two separate locations sabotages your ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize your work. |
| Solution: | There is an old biblical saying – One cannot serve two masters. What this means in the world of Living Chaos Free is that having your Turtles in your paper-format AND electronic format will have you lose all management and control of ALL of the work that you need to do.NOTE – While it may seem counter-intuitive to be going from electronic back into paper, please trust that this will serve you best. |

| 2. | Breakdown: | Busted, due to not honoring my PHA (Pending Holding Area). |
| Consequence: | Large or bulky information awaiting further information scattered throughout your work area with no singular spot for instant retrieveability. A further consequence is not having established a proper physical location for your PHA. |
| Solution: | While this program is not about ‘neat and tidy’, it is about focus and concentration. A primary function of this is having what is not needed at this time placed away from you. This is especially necessary when there are large or bulky items in your space. |

| 3. | Breakdown: | For heaven’s sake, I’m not calendaring my Pendings. |
| Consequence: | Losing a simple and powerful tool for worry-free follow-up. |
| Solution: | So let me see if I have this straight-because you have apparently placed the item in its proper place, you know WHERE the information is that you CANNOT do anything about at this time. However you have no idea WHEN to get back to the person. If you continue on this path, you will have lost, what thousands of graduates have told us – “The Pending System was the greatest of the tools I have learned from your program.” Logging the date, along with the symbol representing the location of the information, will truly give you – The Pleasure To Forget. |

| 4. | Breakdown: | Bad me for not using my Pending Symbols. |
| Consequence: | Losing the advantage of immediately identifying the location of the Pending information. |
| Solution: | The simple usage of the Pending symbols allows you to retrieve the information INSTANTLY at the time that you are able to work on it. While it takes only seconds to write/type the symbol, you know from your past experience that hunting down the information can accumulate into far more time than that. And that time is called LOST time. |
